It was a bad experience from the beginning. The process went incredibly long. I have applied for the position in November and received the first mail from HR in the beginning of January. The girl asked me if I am still interested in the position and said that she will contact me within next 2 weeks to tell if I was selected for the interview or no. She did not send me any feedback and was ignoring my emails, so I forgot about the application. In the middle of February I received a call from the same HR girl telling me that I was selected for the interview and she is sorry that the process took so long. We have agreed for the interview with manager on the next day and it became even more awkward. There were 2 people on the Skype interview (manager and supervisor). The interview was about an hour, the first was introduction of the company and role description, after - questions about my proffesional background. During the interview I could feel that the people are bored and not interested in this interview (they were asking same questions in different time, supervisor was not listening and was working on her laptop). I felt very emberessed by such attitude, but I was trying my best to keep it proffesional. They promissed to provide feedback within 2 weeks, but I haven't heard from them until today (middle of April). The status of the online application still shows "Final Stage" and all my emails were ignored. I consider it as a really disrespectful attitude towards the applicant.

Sometimes if there is time constraint in the recruit process is shorten by carrying the last stage of the interview together with the first face to face interview.
