Interview
An email will be sent to you if met minimum criteria for an aptitude test. It take about a week to get the result from shell. If passed you will proceed to the next stage of the interview. If chosen for the job you will do a drug test and if passed an offer letter will be sent to you.

Interview
Good competency based interview. Normal questions that you'd expect for the role. Looked like a good place to work with some good benefits and career path options. Took another role at another comapny in the end.

Straight to the point. I waited about three months after I took a efficiency test and then I received an email about an interview. During the interview I sat down with the terminal manager and operations manager.
