Applied online, and passed the online tests. Next they asked me to complete a recorded video interview where they asked 5 questions, giving you 30 seconds to prepare for each and 3 minutes to respond. Did not receive an offer after this.

self-recorded video interview, 5 questions. But I failed on the work style test. I got a poor result of that .This is a quite competitive progress, the online tests are challenging to me.especially the verbal test. the numerical and logical test is fine.If you fail,you won't get any feedback, because the online assessment includes verbal, numerical, logical,work style tests and interview, if you failed ,you wouldn't know where you failed.
