Only interview process that I got through was the online testing and then followed up with a recorded interview that wasn't particularly engaging. Very little feedback provided after this testing is completed. Didn't get an offer with no feedback.

Stage one: 3 psychometric tests; numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning. 1 Personality questionnaire and a video interview; consisting of 5 pre-recorded questions. The tests are very simple, the questionnaire statements are repetitive so be consistent and for the interview, you have 30 seconds to prepare an answer then 3 minutes recording time of your response.
