Have you encountered a situation where an action you would take would mean a potential financial loss to the company? If yes, how did you handle it? If not, how would you manage to handle it?

Interview
I had received a phone called from outsource company that Shell Oil Company would like to interview me as a position that I had applied through online with outsource company. In the interview, I had 3 interviewers to interviewed me which 3 both them had introduced themselves as 1. HR of an organization, 2. Head of customer service team and 3. supervision in customer service area. the questions is quiet easy, I believe that because I had previous experienced in customer service which mostly, I used my experienced to answer the question. the interviewers had asked me both in my native language and English language, not too hard but drive me a bit nervous but I could get through it. after that, they let me did some test about the issues that they found through online (some random questions from customers to Shell on social media) then, they let me answers it in 10 mins (about 5 questions). after that, they came up with some pictures (recent news and advertisement ) and they asked me to presented each pictures show up. then, They've said that will be contact me back in a week. but, I had receive that they will hiring me after 1 day interview. which is amazing! and I didn't believe that I would received such a good news only one day past.
