It was ok. Shell conducts interview in one day. The day is called Shell recruitment day or SRD for short. On this day, all manner of scenario methods including comprehension, analytical skills, group work, etc are assessed.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Shell (Calgary, AB)
Interview
Phone interview with hiring manager and HR representative. The whole interview process lasted about 1.5 hours.
There were a lot of questions on your contribution on previous jobs, how you handled conflict, your weaknesses etc.
There weren't any specific technical questions. They asked about your career ambitions and salary expectations.
