Interview
Applied online on their website. There are 2 online assessments to pass before the interview. The first was an assessment to test how you would handle/react to certain situations by choosing the most appropriate/inappropriate responses. If you passed that assessment, they sent another which was a timed quantitative assessment. You will need a pencil and a calculator. After passing that assessment, I received an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was an hour long with all behavioral questions. Be ready with several examples from different experiences on your resume, as some questions can seem redundant. Received a phone call a couple of weeks later with an offer.

Interview
Both of the Shell representatives were great. The interview itself is pretty straight forward behavioral questions. Make sure you have plenty of examples to back up your answers. Also make sure to utilize every single second with the interviewer by asking questions at the end.

I applied at the career fair. Later, I applied online through the website. I received an email to do a two part assessment. Once the assessment was complete, I received a confirmation email. A couple days later I was contacted to schedule an interview. Two weeks later I received email stating there will be a delay in receiving status of interview.

Then, the 1-hour phone call, some behavior questions.
No tech questions in this 1 hour phone interview.
