Interview
It was easy. There was a online interview which asked several personality questions. After that there is on demand video interview which asks three questions. For each question, unlimited try and unlimited time you have to answer. No person was involved in this interview.

Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. Interview
The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
