Applied online, and received call within 2 days. Had phone interview same day, and in-person interview the following week. Received job offer the day after the in-person interview. Interview was done in two parts. First part was focused on relevant experience (with anecdotes) relating to the job I was applying to. Second part was behavioral, where I had to answer questions about how I would react in certain situations, etc.
