The interview process began with an initial screening through a behavioral interview, where I was asked about my background, experiences, and motivation for the role. Although I completed the interview, I still have not received any feedback or further communication from the company regarding the next steps.

Can you describe a time when you faced a challenging project and how you approached it?
Ze werken middels een online assessment waarvan het eerste gedeelte vooral gefocust is op persoonlijkheid, lijst met grofweg 100 vragen. Daarna een video opname waar je vragen zoals hier beneden beschreven staat mag beantwoorden
One hirevue interview followed by a case study, which you must study beforehand and answer questions off of. There is not much besides that and it was pretty straightforward and simple in my opinion.

Straightforward, recorded video interviews and motivation letter. You have to complete the process within 1 week after applying for the position. There is also a situational and personality test. Afterwards, there is an interview.
