initial screening interview with HR. This is then followed by a 4 hour panel interview with one of the interviewers being the Hiring manager. The other interviewers are senior managers.
All about sales which are very dynamic and critical due to the lack of primary sales that makes a different ball game altogether. The major review is to identify strategic value adds to the company.
