it began with a phone call for a 1st interview with a HR junior officer. the interview went well, with questions about my past working experience, and about personal questions like where do i see myself in three years.
Then, 2 weeks later, the process continued with a 2d interview, now with a Senior HR officer, and the questions took a more intimate and personal inquiry, not so much about my professional experience, but about aspirations, future plans, why i studied law, why i choose to do a master, why i decided to move from my hometown.
then came a 3rd interview, that was actually a legal English test
finally, the process ended after one month and a half, with a skype interview with the legal manager for Latin america, based in the US. This interview took place at shell offices, in the presence of the deputy legal manager, and the HR manager, who just wanted to watch as i talk and answer questions from the manager based in the US. these questions where a mix of the interviews i had before, having to talk again about my professional experience, and then about how would a react under a determined situations, IE, if the US manager gave an order and the local deputy manager gives me and exact opposite order, what would i do?..who would i listen to. they understood that those questions weren't easy to answer, and they assure my there where no right or wrong answers, they just wanted to know how one reacts under these situations and if one is prepared to put the company before, no matter what orders you are given
