the selection process is very structured as well as the interviews follow an internal shell process in terms of timing and topics.
first interview is with hiring manager and goes through the experience and motivation. it will be presented also a case study to analyze/discuss.
between the first interview and the notification for the second, might pass either 3 weeks.
second and third interviews are planned on the same day, for a total of approx. 3 hours. again very structured.
second interview is behavioral to see if the candidate fits in the Shell Culture, third interview is a presentation.
