Interview
I emailed the Founder my cover letter and resume. I received confirmation and scheduled an interview with him within a week.
The interview itself was pleasant with the exception of a few odd-ball questions. The Founder's devotion and commitment to his work and his company is evident. However, it he made it clear that the working environment is very cut throat.
He was interested in a second interview, but I've decided to apply elsewhere. I don't wish to potentially commit myself to something that stressful.
