Straightforward interview. You get to know the company and product. Very growth-oriented, they look for enthusiasm and will to learn above all else. Experience and technical knowledge is a plus but the growth mindset drives the hiring process.

Possible SCAM! Screening interview done through Indeed, CEO interview done via Whatsapp: it does not seem this is a real company and I probably shared a lot of information with them. :( CEO most arrogant person ever, did not show up at the first interview and kept the second one only 15 minutes long, asking me a lot of questions related to data architecture (NOT a job requirement), then ended with: mm i think i understood what person you are. bye.
