The technical interview is intended to be rigorous and is used to measure how candidates can handle the fast-paced environment of a Support Advisor. No two days are the same as a Support Advisor, which is why it’s important to learn how to work in an intense environment and understand how to multitask while doing so. Shopify is intentional about the interview process, we want to make sure that applicants are completely prepared for the type of environment that they may encounter while being in that position.
