Interview
Started with a standard 30 minute call with the recruiter talking about the role and your experience.
Followed up with a live case study during a 3 hour interview (2 hours to complete the case 1 hour presenting to team).
Completed the case study after having to take PTO. Crazy they don’t let you do it in your free time. Was told I would hear next steps the following week and it’s now been over a month. Even after several follow up emails, no word.
Enjoyed meeting the team and but incredibly disappointed in the communication and process.

Forecast the P&L for the next 3 years based on the last 5.
Had to do a personality test, an IQ test, a SQL test, and two interviews just for them to reveal the salary. The salary was far below my expectation and the market rate and I did not move forward.
Hiring manager explained what they are looking for and told me I don't have enough years experience. Seems like it was her first time seeing my resume before taking the interview. I did a SQL test, and another IQ and behavioural type of test before getting this interview.

Interview with Head of the group. Excel Case Study and PowerPoint presentation. Then panel interview going over the presentation and answering questions. Case study was completed "live" and given a time limit of 2 hours to complete and create a presentation.
