After application, it took 18 days to get a time with the coding exercise portion which was delayed another month because of a conflict in my schedule. In total, it took a month and a half to get to the coding exercise portion which was to program some logic based on a shipping number. For instance, if it were X it would go to Y, and etc...This exercise was timed with a live user watching and you could program in any language. I passed on to the next stage which was only a few days after that. This portion was where you had a video call with another team member and you described your story to them. I'm not exactly sure what they were looking for, I do have multiple years of development and I did not pass this stage. I could not tell you how many more stages beyond this there was. Overall, the automated emails were communicative and both team members I met were very friendly. It's likely they had a bunch of interviews at that time. I was not thrilled about the amount of time that it took to get from application to being rejected. However, this was one of the few companies that actually responded with a rejection personally, rather than being ghosted.
