Shopify Recruiter/Human Resources interview questions

Brief phone call with a junior recruiter after he contacted me on LinkedIn directly. Never heard back. I think this is unprofessional, especially since he told me he would get back to me in the next few days. I feel like I've been screened based on the activities I do during weekend rather than my skills and competencies. I didn't even knew what position they were contacting me about.
