I answered a few online questions and then was invited to give a presentation and formal interview. The questions were standard and fine. I was sent some scenarios to respond to that I had to hand in by 5 the next day. I then heard absolutely nothing. I sent a follow up email and got no reply. I then heard back randomly, via email about 5 weeks later informing me that I was unsuccessful with 0 feedback. Unprofessional, disorganized and disrespectful. It's common courtesy to reply back to an email, let alone not replying at all.

Answered a few questions online. Then was invited to interview very efficiently. The interview consisted of formal questioning and then led on to a pitch for what you'd bring as Head of Programmes. Followed by questions both ways. Post interview, an additional task was sent via email to complete by next day COP. This included several email responses to gage the candidates tone and ability to solve issues. I then didn't hear back from several weeks, after being told in interview I'd hear back within five working days. I had to chase up via email and then didn't hear back for some time. When I did, I was provided a new date I should hear back. This again was not followed. After not hearing back a full month since interview, I followed up again. I wouldn't recommend this company given how they treat their applicants. Communication is poor and a lack of respect to candidates time and effort. A real shame.
