Onsite:
Brief intro to the company and the team and then a two or three technical software design questions.
2 Interviews with senior managers which were more around personality and culture fit.

How would you design a backgammon game? How would you implement the die roll?
2 rounds technical followed by managerial. It was medium complexity questions. Majorly focusing on architect ture. It was face to face and they were nice. You need to be prepared and be honest if you haven't worked on any particular skill

The interviews were pleasant and communication was clear throughout the process. I have no way to verify this, but it did feel as though they kept me hanging around in the interview process until someone who had more experience in the main programming language they use turned up, which is what ended up happening.

They go via contractors, like ValueLabs, etc. And 3-step process. The first vendor then the tech team and then the managers. The technical interview is deep and requires to showcase your coding skills.
