3 round 1st: phone interview with senior manager This one was easy. I was asked about several behavior questions. It was nice talking with the interviewer. 2st: in person interview with 3 senior consultant The whole process was good. They asked me about the career goal and my ambition. But they said they would give me the feedback within 2 weeks but they didn't. Even after i sent email to them, i still got nothing. About 3 week after, they invited me to the third-round interview. 3st: in person interview with 2 team manager Both 2 interviewers didn't show up timely. But the conversation was not bad. They asked about the related questions and technical questions. I answered almost every questions correctly. HR said she would sent me offer as soon as she can and we talked about the salary and reached agreement. But it turned out that HR told me this position was filled by other people. It took about 2 months to get the final decision from them. And they NEVER gave the feedback timely. I felt i was treated with less respect and i was like a spare tyre.
