1) Interview with a HR Specialist (to explain your education, work experience, motivations etc.)
2) "Business Case" with a Senior Consultant or Manager
3) Interview with a Partner (to assess the fit, your preferred topics, etc.)
3 stage interview : The first is a HR interview. The second is a business case interview with a manager. The third is an interview with senior manager / partner.

I applied online and got a mail from HR for a meeting.
We did an online meeting that lasted 30 minutes about what are my motivations and experiences.
I thought the meeting did go well but they didn't accept me.
I got an email that said my competences and availability was not what they were looking for at the moment.
