I met with a hiring manager and two Directors for this position. I first completed an online video interview in which 10-12 questions were recorded and submitted online and this face to face interview was the next step. Mostly behavioral questions regarding my experience. Process took 6 weeks. They were very vague on the responsibilities of the role and day to day tasks and seemed to be dodging questions about the role itself. Went through my resume and experience but failed to go into awards ect. I get impression Bureaucracy may be difficult to manage within company at the expense of the customer. I was given 3 questions at the end of the interview to ask them and still not sure about the details of the role.
