I'm only get two phone interviews from Siemens and both of them are non-technical. The first one is about my resume. They would like to double check the information on my materials and then they asked me some behavior questions, such as if you encountered a conflict with your teammate, how did you solve it? The second interview is more technical than the first one, but actually it's non-technical, because the person who conduct this interview is from the field you are working in, but the questions are all related to the relative project in my resume, every details.
They refused me 2 days after the second interview, given the reason that my background is not as matched as their requirement for this position...
