There were no specific questions from HR, just that I would talk about my experience, and then an interview with the manager, who was rude and immediately hung up. I'm Latina and speak English with an accent, and I don't think he liked that. The interviews are very informal, just phone calls. They don't use a system like multinational companies use. I found the process sloppy and disorganized, not worthy of a company like Siemens.
