There was no initial HR call, just an email with take home assesment, it was interesting but time taking, high scrutiny and no feedback was given, just an automated rejection email was sent.

Gave a technical email conversation and asked to decode the structure from it for a new feature?
Made it through recruiter screen and an hour interview with questions about describing steps to complete a simple activity. There was also a take home writing test about software with screen shots that looked like they hadn't been updated since 1990.
