Group Discussion followed by a personal Interview and was rejected by stating that i was over qualified but after 4 months was called again for a a next level again for interview. It was a success.

Salary expectations was the difficult one to answer. Accounts background guys are not paid good in Siemens except only with good experience.

2 rounds + aptitude and technical assessments. First round phone call. The second round is in person. Great employers, understanding and helpful. Willing to answer all and any questions. Would recommend.
