Resume check, then you get an email of a phone call for a first round interview of 30 minutes. First round is a behavioral interview over the phone, then there are two more rounds of in person interviews, back to back of 2 hours with behavioral and technical questions (case).

Question 1
Nothing really hard, typical behavioral questions but the interviewers were really keen into know the details of each story and to know why i did make some of the decisions. Case was simple and straightforward, a cost cutting case involving multiple stakeholders.
