I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Siemens (Walpole, MA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Met with hiring manager and supporting staff. Had one on one interview with each of the staff members. Not a full time job but a fill in contract work while a full time staff member was full away from their duties for a larger project.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Tarrytown, NY) in Dec 2014
Interview
Very straight forward. I went in and met with who would be my boss and then with 3 people who would be my co-workers. I was asked basic questions about my skills and experience and what I felt I could bring to the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Tarrytown, NY) in Aug 2014
Interview
Applied for another Biochemist position, but my resume was intercepted. Received a call from the supervisor about a week later and had a short phone interview. Sixty minute in person interview the following day with two supervisors present. Also received tour of the laboratory (a bit messy, not entirely impressive). Ten days later, received an invitation to interview with potential co-workers and director of department, but declined due to distance (facility is approx. 60mi from my residence). Interviewers were very friendly and straightforward.

Question 1
No difficult questions. So tell me about yourself, strengths/weaknesses, tell me about a time you had to collaborate with coworkers, how would you handle a task you've never done before, what are your plans for the future/ where do you see yourself in 10 years, do you mind working late into evenings if necessary, have you ever been given an unexpected deadline and how did you deal with it, can you explain how immunoassays work?
