The interview were set to determine the experience and the skills for the job requirement as below:
Role:
SharePoint Farm Admin experience
Maintain software OS weekly
Manage server configuration and associated activities for all ESR Lab Servers.
Maintenance & Upgrade Server Hardware & Software as needed (Windows Server upgrade required on a weekly basis typically)
Reboots
Manage and resolve connectivity issues
Maintain OS & other SW patches
Apply bug fixes
Grant & fix access issues
Apply Password resets
Create & maintain Virtual Machines
Install 3rd party SW & licenses
Install, configure & manage server related SharePoint sites
Resolve issues within a 3hour time-frame from 9 am – 5 pm weekdays.
