Single online interview with several people, not enough information was shared. A week later a email asked how much I was asking for. Several week went by with no news and finally a lower offer was made out of the blue. The position was accepted at the condition to know more about starting date and procedure, another interview was in question. Several more week went by without a reply, and again out of the blue I was followed up with saying I needed to start the following Monday and I needed to reply as soon as possible. The next business morning the offer was retracted for not replying fast enough. Of course I had accepted a better offer elsewhere. Incredibly irresponsible, the process told me lengths about what kind of workplace I would be walking into.
