The process was ok- nothing difficult per say. easy going questions, basic stuff.
They heavily implied that their barely existing sales team does not use any tools (data mining or out reach) for prospecting purposes. When enquired about what exactly is it they do, they refused to share (which is fair ). they want b2b saas IT sales people with the tools. Good luck to whoever was hired.
