It was an in-person interview at their St. John's location. Lasted about 30 minutes. It was an overwhelmingly positive experience. They asked a lot of questions about my own resume and experience before describing the position, working conditions and travel for work. They asked how I would adapt to fieldwork in Labrador. Overall it was a very positive experience. I was never asked for a writing sample like the job posting mentioned.
