      Junior Front End Developer Interview

      29 Nov 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Helsinki, Southern Finland
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at SimAnalytics (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in Oct 2021

      Interview

We went through the first interview with the CTO (which was fine in my opinion, even though he sent me an invitation email with a wrong name, then a google meeting email with a wrong time schedule). After the first interview, he sent me the coding assignment and said they would come back to me as soon as possible. I submitted it then one month later still have not heard from the CTO. I sent him an email asking about the situation, whether he decided not moving forward in my case, would he please tell me so and hopefully give me some feedback on my coding assignment. Nothing happens. Then one day I heard that one of my classmate got the job offer from that company. What a disrespectful and unprofessional it is. Why does it has to be so difficult to reply to an applicant. How much time would it take to write an email even though it could be just an auto template email. Totally disappointed.

      Question 1

My background, my tech skills, my experience, what would have gone wrong which would make me to leave the job if I got the offer?
