I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Simon-Kucher
Interview
After taking the initial video screening and math test, I was invited to an interview with a manager. Then it is the "final round" with 3 interviewers (including a partner), followed by a "final final round" with one more interviewer the next day. I enjoyed meeting the people and was very interested in working for SKP. But I was frustrated with HR because they don't reply to follow-ups or only reply with a pre-written generic response. I think candidates that made it to advanced or final rounds deserve something more than that a generic rejection with the SKP email template. It took them almost 8 weeks to get back to me, and that is all I received. I felt the time I spent studying and doing the interviews was not respected by HR.
