I went through three rounds - one interview with a Director, and two with Partners. The Director ran a case with me, while the other interviews were less structured - the partners gave an introduction, asked me about myself, and then asked questions in a more conversational manner.

One partner asked me about a project they were working on that day. With names and specifics removed, they described a market entry problem and asked for my thoughts.

The phone interviews were not great as the interviewee kept on delaying the scheduled interview. I was finally invited to an office interview and it was interesting.
It sounded like they had something to hide.
I did get an offer but it was for a lower position and supposedly it would be "fast tracked" to a manager. I did read Fast Track the book while I was a college senior so it really brought back some memories.
