"Interviewer picked up 1 object from the resume and asked for it to be described. Given that a person with over 10 years work ex will have worked on 100+ objects during the work period it seemed unreasonable that you would be expected to know every object you have listed on the resume, especially if it was worked on 5+ years back." This is Interviewing 101. Anything on your resume is fair game. The applicant/interviewee should be prepared to discuss anything on the resume in detail. If you can't discuss it, don't list it. If you list it, brush up on it.
