I applied via linkedin, the founder himself reached out to me, we discussed the product, their tech stack, i wasn’t very impressed as zoom already has this feature that is their USP, They use angular in FE and mandates 5 days in office. i agreed.
But then he ghosted me, no feedback, no rejection, nothing, complete silence for 15 days. I just assumed he's not interested but still it’s very unprofessional to conduct a round and keep the candidate hanging.

Basic get to know each other type questions, what have i done, what i am looking for etc.
While the team at Sirius Music Communications seemed friendly and relaxed, the entire recruitment process was poorly structured and lacked basic professionalism. After two interview rounds, I was told I would receive a case task but never heard back from them. My follow-up email was completely ignored.
Moreover, they keep closing and reopening the same position, possibly to create the illusion of expansion for investors.
This lack of transparency and organization reflects poorly on the company, especially considering that their product is currently in a bad state. Sirius Music Communications needs to establish clear processes, communicate transparently, and build stronger core values if they want to attract and retain talent.
