30 min screening call with hiring manager 48 hour 2 part take-home assessment - written review of three scientific articles and a case study. The case study was not beginner - it was ambiguous and long. After spending most of my 48 hours on the case study I found out they do not even look at presentation decks if you do not pass their criteria for the written assessment. It is inconsiderate and a waste of time.

Overall negative. First round was great, and HR manager seemed very nice and considerate. However, after progressing to the second round which required submitting two assessments (taking 2 business days to complete) they showed absolutely no courtesy toward the applicant when rejected. Provided no feedback, and were not responsive afterwards when inquiring for more details about the application.
