Die Gespräche waren durch die Bank angenehm und auf Augenhöhe. Habe mich stets gut aufgehoben und für meine Erfahrungen Gewertschätzt gefühlt. HR ist super Transparent, stellt tolle Fragen - keine 0815 Sachen und ist aufrecht an der Person interessiert und daran die passende Rolle zu finden.

Alles sehr individuell und keine Standard Fragen - nur der Klassiker wo man sich in 100 Tagen nach Beginn sieht.

First round was basic. He just asked about my background. Then there was a case study given which had to be submitted in a weeks time. Then if they like it, they will call for an interview again. Then if you clear this round there will be two more rounds again.

1 product intro round followed by 4 rounds: 1 product problem solving, 1 product vision, 1 technical, and 1 HR. Questions were not difficult and not specific to Sixt domain. They ranged from general Travel industry related or your past work experience. Also unrelated case questions.
