Applied online, Didn't hear anything for about 2 weeks, Had 2 phone interviews and waiting on more. Phone interviewers were very nice and informative. Described the next interview and asked if there were any questions I had for them. I wouldn't get to nervous about the first interview ,they basically go over your application with you, the second interview is a "what would you do " interview so have your answers ready.
