1) The first interview with HR over the phone lasted 30 minutes, went very well. 2) Second Interview with Hiring manager over skype lasted 1h30min also went very well. 3) The third Interview was face to face scheduled in the office. So I took a day off and drove from NC to DC for this interview at my own expenses and the hiring manager canceled the day of the interview 2hours before the time scheduled. Very unprofessional and poor handling on this last step of the hiring process.
