Softcat Sales Associate interview questions

Easy and relaxed, lovely staff and overall a great experience. Hoping to get another chance again. Am currently job seeking. Looking for an opportunity to interview with them again. Now located in London.

Phone interview Group interview In-Person Interview Phone and group interview was very standard but the in person one was not good at all. There were three men on the panel and they just took turns emphasising how hard and rubbish the job was. I got the impression that they were trying to 'toughen me up' to the role, but in reality I didn't need the job so they should have really been trying to sell me on it. The reason I turned it down was that I got the impression that it was a fraternity - they even mentioned that new hires have to wear business attire until they've made a certain amount of sales. To me, that's like hazing. You should want to show off the positive work environment, and they were awful at it. I got the impression that it's an awful place to work.
