I interviewed with 4 members of the team, including the president, HR, president of sales and head of mfg. The whole interview process took 5hrs and ive heard from others that the process took just as long. Im not sure if the company knows what they are looking for, or is being extremely selective. The opening is still active a year later.

Easy and friendly environment. I was shown around the entire facility and learned a lot even before I had the job. Know It was going to be as good place to work.
