Smooth process, I had great directions to the location, was told what to expect and who I was interviewing with. It was half formal, half a conversation that evolved naturally. They made me feel comfortable and while I didn't get the job, the place looked like a nice place to work. They spoke a lot about culture and by the looks of it you can tell they have a good one.
