You will be asked to complete a personality profile and a timed IQ-style test involving word problems, math, and logical reasoning. The company then will contact to schedule a video interview. The odd thing is they will then have you complete the timed portion of the test a second time while they go take a break off camera. In my case I was interviewed on a Tuesday and promised followup by Friday of the same week. The recruiter was super nice but then I never heard back, they did not respond to a follow up email within another ten days, and closed out the role without ever sending a rejection email, feedback, or any further communication. I looked through the other interviews posted here on Glassdoor and see this is now the regular way the company handles interviews as multiple candidates had the same experience of being interviewed but then ghosted by Sovos. I caution other job seekers not to waste their time on a company too rude to even say no after an interview. They place all of their focus on IQ testing and while very nice through the early stages will leave you without closure. Very sad way to turn a positive interview into something with a lasting terrible impression. Whomever placed them on a list of Top Employers needs to reconsider their metrics.

I applied and received an online assessment test, the first follow up was with HR where I repeated part of the test. I had three more interviews, two online and one at their offices in Stockholm. Both HR and the people I met were very professional. I had a great experience, especially with the Stockholm office.
