I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sovran (MN) (Eagan, MN) in Oct 2012

Interview

It was comprehensive, I met with four people individual to span personality to technical assessments. While the process itself was more than I expected for that level of employment I came to appreciate the level of the thorughness they put in to making sure they hire good quality people.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sovran (MN) (Eagan, MN) in May 2012

Interview

I had 2 very professional interview sessions with different people during each session. The questions were solid and their answers to my questions were clear. I accepted the position based on the pay and bonus structure offered in the interview/offer process but quickly learned the bonus structure was essentially non-existent at my pay range.
