Spark Consulting interview questions

I had to go personally to their headquarters which ended up to be a business center rented space. All interview could be done via Zoom easily. Firstly, a lady informed me that it was commission based job ( however, job description clearly stated “ salary”). It’s multi level marketing with partners like Verizon and you just constantly selling Verizon products until you reach $500 lvl and move up to interview and hire new entry level salespeople that you will get a commission from as well. At the top lvl you work with partners. After that a lady left me waiting for about 20 mins until she discussed me with her manager. Then, when manager finally came, we talked for 5 mins, and I left. Absolutely no point of this interview.
