I was interviewed despite them having selected a candidate several weeks prior. The interviewer appeared judgemental, condescending and close minded. Not working for such individuals should be considered a blessing.

I was interrogated about employment gaps on my cv and judged about me deciding to leave an ongoing contract. No questions about my values and potential contribution to the company. Awkward feeling from the start.
